DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:                       

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Fund for Public Health In New York Inc., located at 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY 10007.  The proposed contract will support DOHMH in its fundraising efforts.  The contract amount shall be $3,600,000.00.  The contract term shall be from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2025.  E-PIN #: 81620S0001.

           

The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Contracts, 42-09 28th Street, 17th Floor, Long Island City, NY 11101, from August 30, 2019 to September 12, 2019, excluding weekends and Holidays, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
