Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy on NYCHA`s website. To conduct a search for the RFP number; vendors are instructed to open the link: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isuppliervendor-registration.page. Once on that page, please make a selection from the first three links highlighted in red: New suppliers for those who have never registered with iSupplier, Current NYCHA suppliers and vendors for those who have supplied goods or services to NYCHA in the past but never requested a login ID for iSupplier, and Login for registered suppliers if you already have an iSupplier ID and password. Once you are logged into iSupplier, select “Sourcing Supplier,” then “Sourcing” followed by “Sourcing Homepage” and then reference the applicable RFP/Solicitation number.
Proposer shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing its Proposal, which may not exceed 4G,into iSupplier. Instructions for registering for iSupplier can be found at http://www1 .nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isupplier-vendor-registration.page. After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer`s iSupplier profile to be approved. It is Proposer`s sole responsibility to leave ample time to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Proposal through iSupplier before the Proposal Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. NYCHA will not accept
Proposals via e-mail or facsimile. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents or proprietary file extensions is prohibited.
In addition to submitting the Proposal through iSupplier as described above, Proposer shall submit: (i)one (1) signed original hardcopy of its Proposal package labeled as “Original” and signed by a principal or officer of the Proposer who is duly authorized to commit the Proposer to fulfilling the Proposal, and
(ii) two(2) hardcopies of its Proposal package and one (1) complete and exact copy of the Proposal on a flash drive in Microsoft Office (2010 version or later) or Adobe pdf format. If there are any differences between the signed original hardcopy and any of the other hardcopies (or the electronic copy of the Proposal), the material in the signed original hardcopy will prevail.
