This notice is for informational purposes only: In accordance with Section 3-04 (b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the Negotiated Acquisition process to procure SSI/Title II benefit services for children and youth in foster care. Public Consulting Group has been providing such services to ACS through a task order against a Master Agreement with the State of Wisconsin that ended on December 31, 2018. This Negotiated Acquisition will maintain continuity of services and avoid disruption to this program which directly impacts outcomes by providing financial stability to families and eligibility to services for youth after they leave foster care.
Description
ACS is entering into a Negotiated Acquisition contract with Public Consulting Group (PCG) pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules. Public Consulting Group will provide Supplemental Security Income (SSI)/ Title II RDSI Identification and Enrollment Services for children and youth in foster care for the period of January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
