Broadly, the desired outcomes of this process are: 1) to build on tremendous local leadership; 2) to ensure broad representation and engagement of the various groups and voices on the peninsula; and 3) to identify new projects or programs to address needs that have arisen since the 2004 Vision Plan. The Vision Plan Update will build consensus around a shared vision for the future of Hunts Point, identify projects and programs that City agency partners and community organizations can commit to carry forward, and outline a broad vision for the future of Hunts Point.
