NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Administration for Children’s Services, 150 William Street, 9th Floor - Room 9C1, Borough of Manhattan, on Friday, August 9th, 2019 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Data Access Inc, dba Data Screening. Located at 999 McBride Avenue Suite C-205, Woodland Park, NJ 07424, for Employment Verification Services. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $150,000. The term will be August 12, 2019 to August 13, 2021 PIN #: 20ACS075.

 

The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-08 (c) (1)(iv) M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchases of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for public inspection at the Office of The Administration for Children’s services, 150 William Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10038, from July 31, 2019 through August 9th, 2019, excluding weekends and Holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM (EST).
