NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices at 59-17 Junction Boulevard, 17th Floor Conference Room, Flushing, New York, on Friday, August 2, 2019 commencing at 11:00 A.M. On the Following:
IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase between the Department of Environmental Protection and Nexus Consortium, Inc. for the purchase Steel head Maintenance. The Contract term is for one calendar year. The Contract amount shall be $129,464.32. Location: Citywide PIN 2X300004.
Contract was selected by Innovative Procurement pursuant to Section 3-12 (e) of the PPB Rules.
A copy of the Purchase may be inspected at the Department of Environmental Protection, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, New York, 11373, on the 17th Floor Bid Room, on business days from July 19, 2019 to August 1, 2019 between the hours of 9:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. and from 1:00 P.M. -4:00 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if DEP does not receive, July 26, 2019, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then DEP need not conduct this hearing.
