BID EXTENSION: RFQ#68443
There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on 06/05/2019 @ 10:00am at Management Office Lunch Room, at 1773 Third Ave., New York NY 10029. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that you attend. NYCHA staff will be available to address all inquiries relevant to this contract.
Bid documents can be picked up and dropped off Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on the 6th floor CPD Bid Reception Window for a $25.00 fee. Documents can also be obtained by registering with I-supplier and downloading documents. Please note that original bid bonds are due at time of bid opening.
Please note that in the event only one bidder has submitted a bid in connection with the contract on or before the original bid submission deadline, the bid submission deadline shall automatically be extended for fourteen (14) calendar days. The foregoing extension does not in any way limit NYCHA’s right to extend the bid submission deadline for any other reason.
