PRE-BID CONFERENCE DATE (OPTIONAL): Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at 150 William Street, 19th Floor in the Manhattan Room.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained, free of charge, from the ACS Website, any time before the bid due date (recommended method). You must register at the ACS Website to obtain a copy of the bid. Copy the following link into your browser to go to the appropriate page http://nyc.gov/html/acs/html/business/business.shtml. You will then be brought to the “Doing Business with ACS” page. On that page, scroll to the bottom and then click “Go to RFP Online” under the “Current ACS Business Opportunities” heading. On the “RFP Online” page, click “Bids” and you will be directed to the “Bids” page where the Bid can be downloaded following registration with your company information. In the event that you are unable to download this bid, a bid package may be requested via e-mail. Send all e-mail requests to Olugbenga.ajala@acs.nyc.gov and Doron.Pinchas@acs.nyc.gov and type the PIN above and type of service into the subject line. Also, type the name of the company, complete address, Contact Name, Phone and Fax numbers into the body of the e-mail. If all else fails, you may call (212) 341-3477 or (212) 341-3488 to make arrangements to pick up a bid package in person.
Bid Pick up procedure:
Vendors will need to provide the following information when picking up bids:
1. Company Name
2. Company mailing address
3. Company primary contact person
4. E-mail address of primary contact person
5. Phone number of primary contact person
The conditions and requirements concerning this bid process are contained in each bid solicitation package, which you can also obtain free of charge at, 150 William Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10038. The bid solicitation package represents the only official disclosure of the contract requirements. However, some of the more salient points are identified below:
• The successful bidder will be required to provide Commercial General Liability insurance and other schedule insurance and bonds as listed in Article 30, found on page 12 of the Bid Book and entitled, “Schedule of Bonds and Liability Insurance.”
Please note that failure to comply with the full provisions set forth in the bid solicitation package may result in rejection of your bid.
