NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and KPMG, LLP, located at 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154, for the provision of management consulting services to examine the New York City Housing Authority’s systems, policies, procedures, and management and personnel structures, and to make recommendations.  The amount is not to exceed $3,041,825.00.  The contract term shall be from May 28, 2019 through December 31, 2019.  PIN #: 02519X004985, E-PIN #: 02519N0059001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition method, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Law Department, 100 Church Street, Messenger Center (located at street level in the middle of the block on the Park Place side of 100 Church Street), New York, NY 10007, from May 31, 2019 to June 13, 2019, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
