CORRECTION: CORRECTION: NYC Health plus Hospitals seeks a 340B Independent Auditor to evaluate its 340B Program at its 11 Disproportionate Share Hospitals (DSH) and respective child-sites and sixty (60) Consolidated Health Center (CHC) covered entities. NYC Health plus Hospitals is requesting audit services of its 340B program to include identifying risks, detailed review of self-auditing procedures, and opportunities to improve as well as maximize benefits and compliance. Audit should simulate an onsite Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) audit and must occur annually at each covered entity.
