NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee, if applicable.

An optional informational, session will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 2:00PM at NYCEDC. Those who wish to attend should RSVP by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before May 13, 2019.
Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to email@example.com. Answers to all questions will be posted by Tuesday, May 28, 2019, to www.nycedc.com/RFP. Please submit five (5) sets of your proposal.
