NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Conduent Public Health Solutions Inc., located at 9601 Amberglen Boulevard, Building G, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78729, for maintenance and enhancements needed for the Maven software utilized by the Divisions of Disease Control and Mental Hygiene. The contract amount shall be $5,577,402.00. The contract term shall be from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2024 with one one-year renewal option from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Regent University of California Los Angeles, located at 10889 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 700, Los Angeles, CA 90025-1406, to establish community level indicator for children's health, development and school readiness using the Early Development Instrument (EDI). The contract amount shall be $121,067.00. The contract term shall be from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020 with one three-year renewal option from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2023. E-PIN #: 81619S0019001.
