Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, Room 2230 conference room, on April 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Office of the Comptroller and Documentation Strategies, Inc., located at 15 Second Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144 to provide Microsoft Consulting Services for Office 365 Onboarding (“O365”). The contract amount will be $194,034.34. The term of the contract shall be for period of one year. PIN# 01519BIS35838.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected in accordance with the Negotiated Acquisition pursuant to Section 3-04 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.

 

A draft copy of the contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Office of the Comptroller, One Centre Street, Room 1225, New York, New York 10007, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, commencing March 21, 2019 through April 4, 2019 between 9:00 A.M. to Noon and 1:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
