Description
Provide commercial real estate appraisal and related consulting services to NYCEDC. NYCEDC will keep the selected consultants on retainer, and its Division of Real Estate Transaction Services (RETS) will request assistance with particular assignments as needed. Assignments may include but are not limited to: market surveys, market feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis and returns on investment, valuation of partnership interests, appraisal of fee simple or partial interests in commercial properties, appraisal of development rights, appraisal reviews, advice on analyzing or structuring the financial components of real estate transactions, or expert testimony.

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee, if applicable.
