Description
There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on 02/26/2019 @ 10:00am at 90 Church Street, New York, NY 10007, 11th floor, room 11-002. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that you attend. NYCHA staff will be available to address all inquiries relevant to this contract.
Bid documents are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for a $25.00 fee in the form of a money order or certified check made payable to NYCHA. Documents can also be obtained by registering with I-supplier and downloading documents. Please note that original bid bonds are due at time of bid opening.
Please note that in the event only one bidder has submitted a bid in connection with the contract on or before the original bid submission deadline, the bid submission deadline shall automatically be extended for fourteen (14) calendar days. The foregoing extension does not in any way limit NYCHA’s right to extend the bid submission deadline for any other reason.
This contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority’s Project Labor Agreement if the Bidder`s price exceeds $250,000.00
