NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications Offices at 15 MetroTech Center, 18th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201 commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a propose Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications and Spruce Technology Inc dba Spruce Technology Group, located at 1149 Bloomfield Avenue, Suite G, Clifton, NJ 07012, for NYC Board of Correction IT Support and Planning. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $150,000. The term will be one year from the date of registration. PIN #: 20190330022.

 

The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if DoITT does not receive, by January 7, 2019, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then DoITT need not conduct this hearing. Written notice should be sent to Angela Minielli, NYCDoITT, 15 MetroTech Center, 18th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201 or via email to aminielli@doitt.nyc.gov.

 

A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for public inspection at the Office of New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, 15 MetroTech Center, 18th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201, from December 31, 2018 to January 14, 2018, excluding weekends and Holidays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).
