DEPARTMENT OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Design and Construction of the City of New York and New York Blood Center, Inc., 310 East 67th Street, New York, NY 10065, for Project HLQNBLOOD, purchase of seven Apheresis Systems.  The contract amount shall be $394,450.00.  The contract term shall be five years from the date of registration.  PIN #: 8502018HL0019D, E-PIN #: 85019L0018001.

 

The proposed consultant is being funded through the City Council’s and the Queens Borough President’s office by line appropriation/discretionary funding, pursuant to Section 1-02 (e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Department of Design and Construction, Legal Division, 30-30 Thomson Avenue, Fourth Floor, Long Island City, NY 11101, from December 28, 2018 to January 10, 2019, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Contact Bruce Rudolph at (718) 391-1732.
