Description
Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules (PPB) and as the sole owner of the source code for the required software, the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications(DoITT) intends to enter into a Sole Source Agreement with Nice Systems Inc. for Public Safety Logging and Recording Maintenance and Support. The term of this contract shall be from January 3, 2020 through December 31, 2024.
