In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use a Negotiated Acquisition extension to extend the above subject contract`s terms to ensure continuity of Chapin Hall`s ongoing training and technical assistance on the use of the CANS-NY tool until 12/13/2019.
