A copy of the Purchase may be inspected at the Department of Environmental Protection, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, New York, 11373, on the 17th Floor Bid Room, on business days from October 17, 2018 to October 30, 2018 between the hours of 9:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. and from 1:00 P.M. -4:00 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if DEP does not receive, by October 22, 2018, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then DEP need not conduct this hearing.
