Download bid documents for free at http://www.nyc.gov/cityrecord. Obtain paper bid documents from the DOM Contract Unit, at the address given, between the hours of 9 AM and Noon, or between 2 and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays, upon payment of a non-refundable convenience fee of $25 per bid package by money order, teller`s check or certified check payable to “NYC HPD.”

Highly Recommended Pre-Bid Conference scheduled on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11 AM in the HPD Offices at the address given. Bids must be submitted to HPD at the address given by the stated due date and time, and will be publicly opened and read at 2 PM on that day at that location.

Contract is subject to all provisions as may be required by Federal, State and Local Statutes, Rules and Regulations.
