The proposed contractors have been selected by Negotiated Acquisition Extension Method, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

Draft copies of the proposed contracts are available for public inspection at the Office of the Department for the Aging, Contract Procurement and Support Services, 2 Lafayette Street, Room 400, New York, New York 10007, on business days, from October 5, 2018 to October 18, 2018, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the City of New York Department for the Aging (DFTA) and Crown Heights Jewish Community Council, Inc., located at 392 Kingston Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11225, for the provision of senior services, (e.g., case assistance).  The program will be serving Community District 9 in the Borough of Brooklyn.  The contract term shall be from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.  The contract amount is $112,000.00.  E-PIN #: 12519L0029001, PIN #: 12519DISC2Z3.

 

The proposed contract is being funded through City Council Discretionary Funds/Line Item Appropriations, pursuant to Section 1-02 (e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
