NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING CALLED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOROUGH OF THE BRONX, the Honorable Ruben Diaz Jr. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 commencing at 1:00 p.m. (please note afternoon time). The hearing will be held in the office of the Borough President, 851 Grand Concourse, Room 206, The Bronx, New York 10451. The following matters will be heard:
CD#6-ULURP APPLICATION NO: C 190026 HAX-4697 THIRD AVENUE; IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD):
1) pursuant to Article 16 of the General Municipal Law of New York State for:
a) the designation of properties located at 4697 3rd Avenue (Block 3041, Lots 38 and 40) as an Urban Development Action Area; and
b) an Urban Development Action Area Project for such area; and
2) pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter for the disposition of such property to a developer to be selected by HPD;
to facilitate a mixed-us building containing approximately 52 affordable housing units and commercial space in Borough of The Bronx, Community District 6.
CD#12 ULURP APPLICATION NO: C 180083 ZMX-EAST 241ST STREET REZONING: IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by Enclave 241st Street , LLC. pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section No. 2a:
1) changing from an M1-1 District to an R7D District property bounded by East 241st Street, Furman Avenue, East 240th Street and White Plains Road; and
2) establishing within the proposed R7D District a C2-4 District bounded by East 241st Street, Furman Avenue, East 240th Street and White Plains Road;
Borough of The Bronx, Community District 12, as shown on a diagram (for illustrative purposes only) dated August 20, 2018 and subject to the conditions of CEQR Declaration E-484.
