IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and the contractor listed below, to develop and operate a Stand-Alone Transitional Residence for Adult Families. The term of this contract will be from October 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023 with one option to renew from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027.
