NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and New York Legislative Services, Inc., located at 14 Vesey Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10007, for legislative history compilation services to the City of New York. The amount of the contract shall be not more than $325,000.00. The term of the proposed contract commences as of June 1, 2018 and continues through May 31, 2023. IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and P & C Insurance Systems, Inc., 40 Broad Street, 4th Floor, Suite C, New York, NY 10004, for software maintenance services and updates to GenComp for Windows™ and GenRisk™, for installation of the next version of these products, ClaimsVISION™, and for maintenance and updates to ClaimsVISION™. These software products are used by the Law Department’s Workers’ Compensation Division for its workers compensation claims management system. The contract amount shall be $1,926,449.10.
