Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018, at 120 Broadway, Concourse Level, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 A.M., on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF a propose Purchase Order/Contract between the Department of City Planning and NYC HelpDesk LLC, located at 157 Columbus Avenue, Fourth Floor, New York NY 10023, for a new CD Needs and CB Budget Request technology product. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $101,000. The term will be 10 months from the notice to proceed. PIN #: 03019CDNTPLA.

The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-12 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A Draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for inspection at the Department of City Planning, 120 Broadway, 31st Floor, New York, NY 10271, on business days, excluding holidays, from August 17, 2018 through August 30, 2018, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. (EST).
