NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the Department of Sanitation and Plumtech Systems Inc., 17 Victoria Pl East, Fort Lee, NJ 07024, for Alfresco Records Management Configuration. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $136,800.00. The term will be for a period of one year from date of Notice to Proceed.
The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-12 (e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for public inspection at the Department of Sanitation’s Contract Division, 44 Beaver Street, 2nd Floor, Room 203, New York, NY 10004, Monday to Friday, from August 6, 2018 to August 16, 2018, excluding Holidays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
