NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Centering Healthcare Institute Inc., located at 89 South Street, Suite 404, Boston, Massachusetts 02111, to provide training, implementation, evaluation, and all other services needed to expand the Centering Pregnancy group prenatal care model to five new sites and support three existing sites. The contract amount shall be $304,975.00. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020 with one two-year renewal option from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022.
