Description
The New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) is issuing this Request for Proposals to seek a vendor that will provide the services of a Move Planning Consultant.
The Move Planning Consultant will plan, facilitate and supervise all aspects of the move and ensure that all required activities are completed in a timely, coordinated and efficient manner. The Move Planning Consultant will work with HRA on all issues related to the move. A separate moving vendor (”Mover”) will be responsible for the physical move and ensure that adequate resources are available to meet the requirements outlined in the plan as well as the timetable set forth by the Move Planning Consultant. The Move Planning Consultant will oversee all activities of the Mover. HRA is relocating its 799 staff from 250 Church Street, NY to 375 Pearl Street, NY.
