NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Buildings and AECOM, 125 Broadway, New York, NY 10004, for Development of NYC Construction Code Provisions to regulate the Construction & Maintenance of Waterfront Structures. The contract amount shall be $9,200,000.00. The contract term shall be for a period of two years from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2020 with one three-year renewal option from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021, October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 and October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal method, pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for public inspection at the Department of Buildings, 280 Broadway, 6th Floor, Contracts/Purchasing Division, New York, NY 10007, from August 3, 2018 through August 16, 2018, Monday through Friday, exclusive of Holidays, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between New York City Department of Buildings and SHI International Corp., located at 290 Davidson Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873, for Adobe Experience Manager Forms 6.3. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $141,622.44. The term will be for a period of twelve months from the date of award.
The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-12(e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
