NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications and Zimperium, Inc., 4055 Valley View Lane, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75254, to provide a Citywide Mobile Threat Protection Application. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three years from date of written notice to Proceed. The contract amount is $6,000,000.00. E-PIN #: 85818D0001001.
The proposed contractor was selected by the Demonstration Project procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-11 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, 15 MetroTech Center, 18th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201, from June 1, 2018 to June 14, 2018, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding Holidays.
