The fee is payable by company check or money order to the City of NY, Parks and Recreation. A separate check/money order is required for each project. The Company name, address and telephone number as well as the project contract number must appear on the check/money order. Bidders should ensure that the correct company name, address, telephone and fax numbers are submitted by your company/messenger service when picking up bid documents.

This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. This Contract is subject to Apprenticeship Program Requirements. This Procurement is Grant Funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Bid Deposit: Required 5 percent of Amount of Proposal or Bid Bond 10 percent of Amount of Proposal. The Cost Estimate Range is: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.
