Description
Crossroads Juvenile Center (CJC) and Horizon Juvenile Center (HJC)are 24/7 detention facilities with highly restrictive security facilities reserved for youth who pose the highest risk or have been accused of committing serious offenses. ACS is seeking a provider of building engineering services for CJC and HJC to operate and maintain all buildings, areas, and grounds` mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. CJC and HJC are Class E for Fire and Safety Alarm, HI Prison for Building Occupancy Group, and 1B for Construction Class.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE DATE: Friday, April 20, 2018, 10:00AM at 150 William Street, New York NY, 13th Floor Training Room. Site visit(s) to be announced at that time. Bids must be received by May 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM, and will NOT be accepted from anyone who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
