IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Citywide Administrative Services of the City of New York, on behalf of the City’s Department of Transportation, and El Almacen Del Producto Reciclado, SL (ZICLA), located at Ramon Turro 200-204, 4 3, Barcelona, Spain 08005, for procuring Temporary Bus Boarders.
