The fee is payable by company check or money order to the City of NY, Parks and Recreation. A separate check/money order is required for each project. The Company name, address and telephone number as well as the project contract number must appear on the check/money order. Bidders should ensure that the correct company name, address, telephone and fax numbers are submitted by your company/messenger service when picking up bid documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, March 27, 2018 Time: 11:30 AM Location: On Site-2900 Veteran Road West, Staten Island, NY 10309. Small Side Parking Lot of Target b/t the Target Building and Bricktown Way (North of Target).
This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. This Contract is subject to Apprenticeship Program Requirements.
Bid Security: Bid Deposit in the amount of 5 percent of Bid Amount OR Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Amount. The Cost Estimate Range: Greater than $10,000,000.00.
