The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (“DoITT”) on behalf of the New York City Mayor`s Office of Media and Entertainment (“MOME”) is distributing this Request for Information to interested providers, in order to solicit information that will help MOME develop an initiative to promote the acquisition of innovative program content and the creation of distribution arrangements for one or more of its PEG (public, educational, or governmental) channels.
