Description
The New York City Police Department Equipment Section is seeking bids from manufacturers for NYPD, MACE / OC Carrier which all conforms to the NYPD specification #961 revised 09/2014. Bid openings will take place at the NYPD Contract Administration Unit, 90 Church Street, Room 1206, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10007 on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 2:00PM. All potential bidders who may wish to make a bid must enclose one (1) sample of the NYPD MACE / OC Carrier as described in the specifications at the time of the bid opening. The bid security for this solicitation is $1,000.00 which must be submitted with your bid as a certified check or official check. Failure to submit one (1) sample of the NYPD MACE / OC Carrier and bid security will result in disqualification from the bidding process.
