NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Law

Department and Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel LLP, located at 1177 6th Avenue, New York, NY 10036, to provide Legal Services to the Mayor in connection with an investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and related work, Matter No. 2016-048029EX.  The cost of the contract is an amount not to exceed $2,627,500.  The contract term shall be from April 11, 2016 and continues through June 30, 2018.  PIN #: 02518X003442, E-PIN #: 02518N0015001.                        

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iv) (A) and (B) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Law Department, 100 Church Street, Messenger Center (located at street leveling the middle of the block on the Park Place side of 100 Church Street), New York, NY 10007, from February 2, 2018 to February 15, 2018, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
