Description
This is not a Request for Proposals. The City University of New York (CUNY) is issuing this “Request for Information” to learn more about e-Procurement software solution options and strategies that are available in the marketplace. It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that CUNY will use the information received from this RFI to develop a future procurement for an e-Procurement solution.

The objectives of this RFI are to:
• Develop an understanding of vendor capabilities that will meet CUNY’s objectives;
• Determine vendor delivery models – cloud based, SaaS, etc.;
• Obtain feedback from vendors regarding best practices in eProcurement;
• Understand pricing and contract structures;
• Understand successful implementation strategies and project risks.
