The New York City Police Department Equipment Section is seeking bids from manufacturers for NYPD, Public Safety Vests which all conforms to the Specifications. Bid openings will take place at the NYPD Contract Administration Unit, 90 Church Street, Room 1206, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10007 on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 2:00PM. All potential bidders who may wish to make a bid must enclose one (1) sample of each vest made according to specifications along with a 3rd Party Assessment Certificate (ISO-17025) at the time of the bid opening. The bid security for this solicitation is $5,000.00 which must be submitted with your bid as a certified check or official check. Failure to submit samples and bid security will result in disqualification from the bidding process.
