The fee is payable by company check or money order to the City of NY, Parks and Recreation. A separate check/money order is required for each project. The Company name, address and telephone number as well as the project contract number must appear on the check/money order. Bidders should ensure that the correct company name, address, telephone and fax numbers are submitted by your company/messenger service when picking up bid documents.

The Demolition of the Comfort Station and Construction of a New Comfort Station at Lincoln Terrace Park located South of Eastern Parkway between Rochester and Buffalo Avenues, Borough of Brooklyn. Contract B054-115M.

Bid Security: Bid Deposit in the amount of 5 percent of Bid Amount OR Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Amount.
The Cost Estimate Range: $1,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00.
