Description
The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with CourtSmart Digital Systems, Inc., whose address is 51 Middlesex Street, Suite 128, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863, to supply hardware and support services to upgrade the agency`s existing CourtSmart courtroom digital recording system. This notice is for informational purposes.
Any firm which believes it is qualified to provide hardware and support services to upgrade the existing digital recording system, is invited to submit a written expression of interest to Brian Genzmann, Deputy ACCO, at 100 Church Street, New York, NY 10007. Any firm wishing to be considered for similar service in the future, if any, may do so by calling the New York City Vendor Enrollment Center at 212-857-1680 to request the “NYC-FMS Vendor Enrollment Application,” or can complete one online by visiting www.nyc.gov/selltonyc.
