IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hazen and Sawyer, DPC, 498 Seventh Avenue, 11FLoor, New York, New York 10018 for CAT 337 CAT-DEL FILTER: Engineering Services to Perform Studies and Design Enhancements for the Treatment of Catskill and Delaware Water Supplies. The Contract term shall be 2555 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed. The Contract amount shall be $15,838,000.00—Location: Westchester County: EPIN: 82617P0010.
IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hatch Associates Consulting, Inc., 100 Sylvan Parkway, Amherst, New York 14228 for CRO-536: Design and Design Services during Construction for the Refacing of Cross River and Croton Falls Dams. The Contract term shall be 2555 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed. The Contract amount shall be $3,695,800.00—Location: Westchester County: EPIN: 82617P0006
