Description
In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the Alliance for Downtown New York (ADNY) has issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the operation of an outdoor cafe at Mannahatta Park, Wall Street off of Water Street in Lower Manhattan. The concession requires the operation of a mobile food unit for the sale of food and beverages at Mannahatta Park, Manhattan.

Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained, at no cost, commencing June 26, 2017 through July 10, 2017, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays, at the ADNY Office located at 120 Broadway Suite 3340, New York, New York 10271. Please call ahead at (212) 566-6700 to arrange building security access. Photo I.D. is required to enter the building. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted by no later than Friday, July 21, 2017, at 3:00 p.m.
