The contract amount shall be $132,239.00. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. The EPIN is 81617L0193001. The proposed Contractor has been selected by means of Line Item Appropriations or Discretionary Funds, pursuant to Section 1-02(e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Tecsys Inc., located at 1 Place Alexis Nihon, Suite 800, Montreal, Quebec 432388 to Provide support for Distribution Management System and Warehouse Management System. Modify and configure warehouse system at Kingsland facility. The contract amount shall be $944,694.84. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020, with a renewal option term of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022. The EPIN is 81617S0010001. The proposed Contractor has been selected by means of a Sole Source Procurement, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
