Description
Pursuant to Section 3-05(b) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, PowerSchool Group LLC (”PowerSchool”) is the only vendor able to provide TIENET software and the associated services which are supplied exclusively PowerSchool. The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) entered into a sole source agreement with PowerSchool for TIENET software enhancement, as well as training, software support and maintenance.
