Description
The Department of Design and Construction is issuing a Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) to evaluate vendor interest in providing all services necessary and required to provide design, pre-construction, construction management, construction, and post-construction services from commencement through substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close-out for the re-construction of the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) existing juvenile detention facility, in Brooklyn.

All interested firms are advised to download the RFEI at http://ddcftp.nyc.gov/rfpweb/ from January 18, 2017 or contact the person listed for assistance. The deadline submission of written requests for clarification is January 25th.
