DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday,  January 12, 2017,  at 1 Centre Street, Mezzanine, Borough of Manhattan, , commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Department of Finance and Wells Fargo Bank NA, located at 150 East 42nd Street, 24th Floor, MAC J0161-242, New York, NY  10017, for payment card processing and payment gateway services for various City Agencies.  The contract is in an amount not to exceed $1,338,722.00.  The Agreement will commence on July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021.

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft electronic copy and paper copy of the proposed contract will be available for inspection at the Department of Finance, 1 Centre Street, Room 1040A, New York, NY 10007, on business days, from December 29, 2016 through January 12, 2017, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

 

Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should request to do so in writing.  The written request must be received by the Department of Finance within five (5) business days after publication of this notice.  Written requests to speak should be sent to Adenike Bamgboye, Agency Chief Contracting Officer at 1 Centre Street, Room 1040, New York, NY 10007 or via email BamgboyeA@finance.nyc.gov
