Description
The Management Benefits Fund (hereinafter referred to as “Fund”) of the City of New York, which is a division of the Office of Labor Relations (“OLR”), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Group Universal Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits for its approximately 28,500 active and retired members, and their eligible dependents, who include the management, supervisory, and administrative employees of the City not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

The specifications for this solicitation are available for download from the OLR website: www.nyc.gov/olr . Scroll down to the bottom of the page, locate the first icon on the left side, “RFP Download Center,” and click on the icon. Then, click on the link at the top of the page, “Register here,” and fill out all of the information required to register. Once you have registered, you will be able to gain access to download the Group Universal Life RFP and all required documents.

When registering, please indicate that you are requesting the Group Universal Life RFP. Once you have gained access to the site, please be sure to download and read all the other required RFP documents also, including:

• Appendix A, Doing Business Data Form, Iran Divestment Rider, Subcontractor Compliance Notice, NYC Hiring Rider, and Paid Sick Leave Law Rider
