The Reconstruction of the First Floor of the New Dorp Center located at the Cedar Grove Avenue in Great Kills Park, Borough of Staten Island.

This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013.

This project is funded in part by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Contract under the Project Labor Agreement.

Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 11:30 am at Olmsted Annex Bid Room.

Bid Bond: 5 percent of Amount of Proposal.
